acceptable use policy

this acceptable use policy is part of the terms of service and applies to everyone who uses docbin, including anonymous pastes and api clients. breaking it can get your content removed and your account banned, without notice or refund.
prohibited content
do not upload, host, or link to:
- anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- child sexual abuse material - we report it to the authorities and ban the account, with zero tolerance;
- malware, exploits, ransomware, or instructions whose primary purpose is causing harm;
- phishing pages, scams, or fraud, and other people’s private data - credentials, secrets, api keys, or personal information posted without consent (doxxing);
- content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against people, or hate directed at a protected group;
- spam, bulk junk, or deceptive content.
prohibited conduct
- probing, scanning, or trying to break docbin’s security, authentication, sandboxing, or rate limits;
- evading bans, rate limits, or storage limits, including by automating anonymous pastes to flood the service;
- using the service to attack, mine, or proxy traffic to third parties;
- misrepresenting yourself or impersonating others.
enforcement
we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, cooperate with law enforcement where required, and preserve relevant records. enforcement actions taken for a violation are not refundable.
reporting
every document page has a report action - no account needed. you can also email support@cryptik.consulting. we review reports and act on content that breaks this policy.
